As soon as I told her "No" she QUICKLY (check the time stamps of the last 2 messages) clicked her automated responses and ended the chat. They told me that they cannot help me recover my account unless I subscribed to their service, and there is nothing I can do. I want to let you all know I talked with a yahoo representative, and they tried to push their subscription onto me. **UPDATE** - For everyone else going through this too I just wanted to share this ray of hope - The problem did eventually "fix itself" - sadly there was no way I found to get around it while it was happening and I legit did everything from rebooting system, changing vpn to router disconnect, tried on mobile, laptop you name it I did it LOL and NOTHING helped - but after like a week plus it was fine again and has been doing ok ever since, I saw some insta scammers trying to say they can fix it for $$ but do not fall for that BS and clearly Yahoo has been well aware of this issue but has yet to find/share the solution and if anyone does have one please share it in case this happens again Hang in there guys Is this happening to anyone else? I am so beyond aggravated I have been a Yahoo mail user for years and have dealt with a lot but this is totally unacceptable for the past couple of days whenever I try to log in to my account I have a countdown clock that will not let me log in for an hour and NOTHING i do from disconnecting computer/router/reboot/clearing cache/cookies NOTHING changes still presented with countdown clock.
